A structured programme combining breathwork, mindset, cold, and physical training to help young people stay in control when things get hard.
Fully supervised • Age-appropriate • Structured and controlled
Young people face constant demands but arn't really taught how to understand and deal with thoughts, emotions and behavioursSo what happens?
They shut down when things get hard
They emotionally react instead of thinking
They avoid discomfort
They lose confidence in themselves
This isn’t a lack of ability.
It’s a lack of knowledge, exposure, structure, and guidance.
If your child is:
Struggling with emotions or direction
Lacking confidence or structure
Easily influenced or distracted
Or simply capable of more
This programme is designed to give them tools they are not being taught elsewhere.

If you feel your child is struggling with direction, identity, emotional control or you know they have more in them than what they’re currently showing. This programme is designed to bridge that gap. Through lived expericne from his own struggles as a teenager Ben has created and coaches guided challenge, honest conversation, and important pressure skills, Ben helps young people build resilience, self-awareness, and the ability to understand thoughts, emotions, and actions and direct them better.
Ben experienced significant challenges in his teenage years, including being expelled from school, involvement with the police, and struggles with drug use. Over time, he has taken full responsibility for his life, rebuilding his mental health and direction through discipline, self-awareness, and exposure to challenge. His work now is driven by a clear belief:
young people are not being given the tools to understand their mind, emotions, and behaviour early enough.Had he developed that awareness sooner, much of that difficult period could have been avoided. His methods are now proven through the thousands of people he has coached, alongside workshops delivered in universities, colleges, and direct one-to-one work with young people. This is why Adapt & Evolve Youth exists, to give young people the understanding, structure, and experience that is often only sought later in life, when problems have already built up.
This is not for kids looking to be entertained.
This is for young people ready to be challenged.
